As the oldest zoo in Poland and one of the country's most popular family attractions, ZOO Wrocław welcomes around 1.8 million visitors each year. With two Look@ Tree installations integrated into the visitor route, professional photography is now part of the experience itself.
Zoos and wildlife attractions are built around discovery, emotion and shared experiences. Families explore together, children encounter animals they may have never seen before, and visitors naturally document the day on their phones. Photography is already part of the experience.
Look@ builds on this existing behaviour rather than introducing something separate from it. Professionally positioned photo points give guests the opportunity to step into the experience themselves and create a personalised souvenir of their visit.
For visitors, it adds another enjoyable interaction to the day. For the zoo, it creates an additional point of engagement that can continue after guests leave the gates.
Two Look@ Tree installations are integrated into different parts of ZOO Wrocław, allowing the experience to become part of the natural visitor flow.
One Tree is positioned alongside an animal enclosure, connecting the photo experience directly with wildlife discovery. The second is located along a visitor walkway, giving families, couples and groups another opportunity to pause and capture their visit together.
This placement meets visitors where engagement is already happening, adding a new experience without asking them to seek out a separate attraction.

The Look@ Tree was developed for outdoor destinations where functionality, aesthetics and the surrounding environment all matter. Its sculptural, nature-inspired form integrates naturally into green spaces and visitor routes — particularly suitable for zoological gardens, wildlife parks, botanical gardens and other attractions where conventional photo installations could feel visually intrusive.
Just as importantly, the system is designed to operate independently throughout the visitor day, introducing a new interactive service without creating another staff-operated touchpoint.
The visitor experience is intentionally simple. Guests activate the Look@ Tree using their own mobile device and capture a professionally positioned photograph within seconds. The finished digital photo is delivered directly to their email.
Custom animal-themed overlays transform each photograph into a personalised digital souvenir linked to the zoo experience — a keepsake that reflects where they spent their day, ready to be saved, sent to friends and family or shared online.
The content can also evolve throughout the year: overlays adapt around different animals, new arrivals, seasonal activities, special events or conservation campaigns, keeping the experience fresh for returning visitors.

These figures show the scale at which a well-positioned photo experience can become part of a major attraction. The 170,000 figure represents appearances in photographs rather than unique visitors — but it highlights how widely the experience reaches across families and groups.
Zoo photography is inherently social: families, couples, school groups and friends step into the frame together, allowing a single interaction to engage several people at once. The reach continues every time those images are saved, sent or shared.
Beyond visitor satisfaction, the Look@ Tree helps attractions create additional value from the audience already moving through the location. Every branded photograph strengthens the connection between visitor and attraction, while shared images become authentic visitor-generated promotion beyond traditional marketing channels.
The same interaction creates a new commercial opportunity without requiring a separate attraction, additional staffing or major operational changes. The audience is already there — Look@ makes an existing visitor moment work harder for the destination.
Look@ funds, installs and operates the solution — no upfront investment. Generated revenue is shared between Look@ and the location.
The attraction makes the system its own — including a fully white-labeled Look@ app — and retains a larger share of the generated revenue.
